As the Chief Executive Officer of SLDB, I am deeply honoured by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay)’s trust in my capacity to lead SLDB toward a brighter future for our state’s livestock sector. This faith motivates me profoundly.

I extend sincere thanks to the Hon’ble Minister Shri Puran Kumar Gurung and Secretary Dr. Sharman Rai for their invaluable guidance and unwavering cooperation, which light our path forward.

I pledge my utmost efforts to realize the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s bold vision of transforming Sikkim into a self-reliant powerhouse in dairy, poultry, and livestock. Through initiatives like the A-HELP programme empowering Pashusakhis for better animal health, the Rs. 8 per litre price incentive for dairy farmers, and awareness camps on poultry management for rural families, we’re building momentum.

The positive energy and cooperation from our SLDB team fill me with optimism, it’s electric! Let’s sustain this high level of dedication; it’s the fuel driving our progress and prosperity.
