As Chairman and Secretary of the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services Department, I extend my deepest thanks to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Prem Singh Tamang(Golay), for entrusting us with this pivotal role in shaping Sikkim’s livestock future. Your visionary leadership inspires us daily.

I am equally grateful to the Hon’ble Minister, Shri Puran Kumar Gurung, for his steadfast cooperation and encouragement, which have been instrumental in our progress.

To the SLDB team, your boundless energy and dedication are the heartbeat of our mission, special shoutout to CEO Dr. Pratik Sharma for infusing such positive momentum that keeps us charging ahead.
